As something slightly different for the Autumn term, the leaders of 6th Brighton have decided to put on a badge oriented camp at Parkwood on the last weekend of October half term and have invited the 23rd and 42nd.

After they received feedback from the young people during the scout forum last term, they decided to undertake first aid training for a staged activity badge during the daytime, and offer the astronomy badge during the evening, assuming the weather co-operates.

This will be a joint camp with other local troops, and we will be staying in the building complex at Parkwood in case of inclement weather. Camp shall start at 7pm October 30th, and finish at 2pm November 1st.

The total cost will be £25, with £10 payable with the attached form, and £15 at a later date. Furthermore, places are limited due to the size of the building complex, and will be awarded on a first come first serve basis
